Nothing on mkpool.com or any associated subdomain constitutes financial, investment, legal, or tax advice. Mining profitability is highly volatile and depends on network difficulty, hardware efficiency, electricity costs, and market prices that are entirely outside our control. You bear sole responsibility for evaluating whether mining is appropriate for your individual financial situation.
2. No Guaranteed Returns
Solo mining is probabilistic by nature. Finding a block depends on your proportional share of total network hashrate and is never guaranteed regardless of how long you mine or how much hashrate you contribute. Any calculator tools, hashrate estimations, or probability metrics displayed on this platform are informational approximations only and do not constitute earnings guarantees, projections, or promises.
3. Software Provided "As Is"
mkpool's stratum software, REST API, website, and all associated infrastructure components are released under the GPL-3.0 open-source licence and provided "AS IS" without any express or implied warranty. We disclaim all warranties including fitness for a particular purpose, merchantability, and non-infringement, to the fullest extent permitted by law. The limitation of our liability is set out in section 8 of the Terms of Service, and nothing here excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
4. Your Regulatory & Tax Responsibility
Cryptocurrency mining may be subject to regulatory oversight, taxation, or restrictions in your country of residence. You are solely responsible for understanding and complying with all applicable local laws, tax obligations, sanctions, and licensing requirements relevant to mining. mkpool does not provide legal or regulatory guidance, and your continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of this responsibility.
